Keep your cool post-workout with these Clear Whey Ice Lollies. With just 3 ingredients you’ll have yourself the perfect protein packed summer treat.
- 150g fresh strawberries
- 40g bulk™ Clear Whey Isolate in Cherry Bomb
- 200g milk/water for an icy consistency or 200g for a thick and creamy consistency
- Blend all ingredients together
- Pour the mixture in 4 ice lolly moulds (or more/less according to the size)
- Freeze for a minimum of two hours and summer is served
