When and how to use
We recommend 1-3 servings per day, but in accordance with your own protein requirements.
You could enjoy a shake in the morning or mix into a smoothie with fresh fruit. Suitable any time of day to increase your protein intake, particularly as part of a healthy lifestyle.
For best results, mix 1 scoop (approximately 25g) with 350ml water in a shaker bottle and wait approximately 30 seconds for the foam to settle.
