Vegan Pea Protein Mince
Living a vegan lifestyle? Looking to go more plant-based? Let’s make a meal of it.
Our Vegan Pea Protein Mince is a healthy alternative to minced meat. Nutritionally rich, it’s high in protein (25g per serving), low in sugar (0.2g per serving) and a source of fibre. Once cooked, it could be mistaken for the real thing.
The benefits don’t stop there. This sustainable option has a longer shelf life than fresh minced meat and fresh plant-based mince, helping to reduce food waste. And because it can be stored at room temperature, it’s convenient and cost effective.
If you’re looking to cut down (rather than cut out), our Vegan Pea Protein Mince can be combined with standard minced meat in your usual recipes.
Each 300g bag of dry mince makes up to 1kg mince once rehydrated and cooked, and contains 8 servings.
