Mix 1 scoop (approximately 17g) with 250ml water in a shaker bottle. Consume 30 mins before exercise, ideally on an empty stomach, 1 serving per day.
Cola and Blackcurrant Flavours
Mix 1 scoop (approximately 16g) with 250ml water in a shaker bottle. Consume 30 mins before exercise, ideally on an empty stomach, 1 serving per day.
